Why is there water leaking from the bottom of my dehumidifier?
The unit is designed with a drain hose (B) found in the cavity of the unit where the water tank is located.
This hose can be used for end of season draining or when the unit requires draining from use.
The hose must be securely positioned back into the unit (A) to avoid leaking. If the hose is not secure, the water collected will run down the side of the unit and out the bottom, never emptying into the bucket.
Always check this hose is secure.
