What does it mean when the display on my oven shows "SOFT"?

When your oven shows an error message of "SOFT" this is simply the software program for the unit. To clear this error, you will need to unplug the unit from the wall, wait 5 seconds, and plug it back in.

Please note: when the unit is being plugged in or unplugged, you should never press any buttons.
