What are Coffee Cleaning tablets and why do I need to clean the coffee brew head with them?

The tablets are designed to remove coffee residue left behind when making a coffee.
By cleaning the coffee brew head you are ensuring the best clean taste of your coffee and helping the portafilter to seal well to the machine.
For best results, at the end of the procedure, perform 2-3 consecutive rinse cycles with the portafilter inserted. You can purchase the cleaning tab on our website www.delonghi.com
