How to make a perfect espresso using my new La Specialista?

The following video will show you how to set your machine to make the perfect espresso.

Please note: the coffee quantity dial is designed to be set once unless you choose to change type/brand of beans.

If you desire a stronger or lighter espresso, this is adjusted by using  your grinder setting ring from 1 to 6.
