How often should I change the oil of my fryer?

Occasionally it is necessary to completely change the oil because if heated over again it deteriorates. Although oil is properly filtered, we reccomend changing it after 5/8 uses, or in the following cases:oil emits smoke while cookingoil becomes darkbad odours come out
