Descaling the machine when needed is the best way to keep TrueBrew running for many years. The machine will warn you when it is time to descale. Descaling is the process of cleaning out the internal lines of minerals or limescale that can be found in water. The process is very simple and automatic. It takes approximately 30 minutes, and is required to be done when prompted by the machine according to the water hardness that you previously set. To learn more, see the video below or refer to the user manual.
