Before preparing the ice cream we recommend to remove the bowl and dampen the aluminum bottom of the machine with a form of alcohol that would be used for consumption such as vodka or rum. Be careful not to pour it in the center (plastic).Then make sure to place a perfetly dried bowl inside the machine. In this way the extraction of the bowl will be easier and faster.
