What to do in case of error code G003 and G004?

These errors indicate that the smartphone/tablet from which you are trying to perform the registration/login is not connected to the Internet. It is suggested to make sure the smartphone/tablet is properly connected to the Internet via mobile or WiFi network, then try again.
