How do I make an Iced Coffee or Frappé?

Iced Coffee


- 4 Espresso coffees, cooled

- 4 Teaspoons caster sugar to taste

- 12 Ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until the ice is crushed. Serve in a tall glass.

Or for a delicious Frappé add half a cup of low fat milk and reduce the sugar to taste. For a touch of luxury add whipped cream and chocolate sauce. The perfect refreshment for long summer afternoons!
