With all of our pump espresso machines you can prepare the perfect Cappuccino at home. We recommend using low-fat milk or skimmed milk at refrigerator temperature (about 5°C).
Here’s how to prepare the Cappuccino:
Traditional Frother: Open the steam valve for two seconds to remove any excess water. Add milk to a stainless steel milk jug up to one third of the jug and dip the tip of the traditional frother in the milk by operating the steam and moving the pot with slow movements from the bottom upwards. As the milk froths it with double in quantity. Finally immerser the traditional frother fully in to the milk for a few seconds to heat the milk. Make your espresso to taste and add your frothed milk.
Automatic machines: Simply press one of the two dedicated buttons for the cappuccino / hot milk.
