Diese Aktion berechtigt den teilnehmenden Kunden, die unten aufgeführten Modelle von Braun CareStyle Dampfbügelstationen bis zu 90 Tage nach Kauf zu testen und bei Nichtgefallen den Kaufpreis erstattet zu bekommen. Mit Teilnahme an der Aktion erklärt sich der Kunde mit diesen Teilnahmebedingungen einverstanden. 1. Teilnahmeberechtigte Geräte Die EAN (European Article Number) jedes Aktionsgerätes ist auf der Verpackung aufgedruckt oder kann beim teilnehmenden Händler erfragt werden. Kunden, die ein Gerät erwerben und an dieser Aktion teilnehmen wollen, sind selbst für die Prüfung verantwortlich, ob das von ihnen erworbene Gerät eine EAN aufweist, die mit einer EAN aus vorstehender Liste übereinstimmt. Es wird dringend geraten, die Übereinstimmung der Geräte-EAN mit den EANs gemäß vorstehender Liste mit dem Händler vor Abschluss des Kaufvertrages zu klären; das gilt insbesondere beim Erwerb im Online-Handel, bei dem sich der Kunde vor Abschluss des Kaufvertrages nicht persönlich davon überzeugen kann, dass das Gerät eine zur Teilnahme an der Aktion berechtigende EAN aufweist. Baugleiche Geräte mit abweichender EAN sind zur Teilnahme an dieser Aktion nicht berechtigt. Vorführ- oder Gebrauchtgeräte sind nicht teilnahmeberechtigt. Käufe von privat sowie Käufe über Online-Versteigerungen (z. B. eBay) sind ebenfalls von der Aktion ausgeschlossen. 2. Veranstalter und Abwickler der Aktion Veranstalter der Aktion ist die De'Longhi Deutschland GmbH, Geschäftsbereich Braun Haushalt, Carl-Ulrich-Str. 4, 63263 Neu-Isenburg. Aktionszeitraum Teilnahmeberechtigt an der Aktion sind die im Zeitraum vom 15.08.2019-31.12.2019 im teilnehmenden Handel in Deutschland gekauften CareStyle Dampfbügelstationen gemäß der Liste in Ziffer 1. Es gilt das Datum des Kaufbelegs bzw. bei nicht vorrätiger Ware oder bei Erwerb im Online-Handel das vom Händler bestätigte Bestelldatum in Form eines systemgenerierten Belegs. 4. Teilnahmeberechtige Personen Persönlich zur Teilnahme an der Aktion berechtigt sind volljährige Verbraucherkunden mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland, die im Aktionszeitraum bei einem teilnehmenden Händler in Deutschland eine der in der Liste in Ziffer 1 aufgeführten CareStyle Dampfbügelstationen erworben haben. Mitarbeiter der De’Longhi Deutschland GmbH oder der atrikom fulfillment Gesellschaft für Projekt-Dienstleistungen mbH, ihre Angehörigen und andere an der Konzeption und Umsetzung dieser Aktion beteiligte Personen sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Groß- und Einzelhändler – auch im Namen von Endkunden – sind nicht teilnahmeberechtigt.
