There are 3 different coffee temperature settings on your TrueBrew machine. Please refer to the user manual to learn more. To achieve the best taste depending on the coffee beans you use, we suggest you to set a lower temperature (towards setting 1) if you are using a darker roasted coffee beans and a higher temperature (towards setting 3) if you are using lighter roasted coffee beans.
