The LatteCrema technology performs best with cows’ milk, but the following plant based drinks can also be used: soy, oat and almond. Results may differ according to the percentage of proteins contained in each drink.
NOTE: The cleaning methods provided by the manufacturer and described in the instructions do not guarantee the complete removal of allergens. In the case of confirmed or suspected allergies, do not use milk and plant-based drinks in the same machine.
