Why my deep fryer is spitting out oil all over and dripping down the side?

Please check here below for the possible cause:

• check if the right amount of oil has been used and do not overpass the maximum limit 
• check if the right amount of food has been used  and do not overpass the maximum limit 
• Frozen food will cause overflow if there is too much oil and food in the basket.
