If the heater is not turning on, please consider the following suggestions:

- make sure the unit is plugged in.
- make sure the thermostat is set to the maximum setting.
- make sure you choose and set the unit to the highest power setting.
- if the unit is equipped with a timer, make sure the timer is set correctly
- if the unit is equipped with a ALCI plug (for bathroom heater only) make sure it did not tripped and reset it by pushing the reset button
