The Cold Brew drink is warm on La Specialista Touch, what can I do?

If your Cold Brew is not cold enough, consider these tips:

• A hot drink may have been delivered just before the Cold Brew. To cool the coffee circuit, run a cool rinse before preparing the beverage, as recommended by the machine.
• The water in the tank may not be fresh. Empty the water tank, rinse it, and fill it with fresh water.
• Ensure there is ice inside the drink cup. Add 3-4 ice cubes to the cup as instructed for preparing Cold Brew drinks.
