De'Longhi worked closely with Coperaco, a boutique coffee roaster from Brooklyn, NY on a unique, signature blend. Our coffee experts were looking for a profile that would be ideal for espresso-based drinks while maintaining a smooth and enjoyable drink on larger brews as well. The De'Longhi Signature Blend has a milk chocolate central note with caramel and nutty accents appearing as the coffee cools down - making it ideal for both, hot and cold preparations. Coperaco has a long term relationship with the South American and Ethiopian farms where these beans come from.
