You can program the unit to grind directly into the filter holder up to a maximum of 7 seconds. Please follow the instructions in the video link below.
T he amount of ground coffee that can be ground directly into the filter holder is programmable. It may have been programmed to this amount. You can re-program with the desired amount or set the unit back to the default settings by following the instructions in the video link below .
