To continue this mission, we teamed up with parkrun, a free, community 5k event where participants can walk, jog, run, volunteer, or spectate. Taking place every Saturday morning, parkrun events are available at hundreds of locations across the UK and 20 other countries worldwide.
But why parkrun? Well… we all love that post-run feeling and if you’re anything like us, your post-run fuel of choice will be a great tasting cup of coffee. In fact, an essential part of the very first parkrun back in October 2004 was the commitment of going for coffee afterwards, so you could say we’re a pretty good match for each other.
Whether you’re a master latte art creator, an aspiring home barista, or completely new to coffee, you might just find us at your next local parkrun event, where you’ll be able to sample our different recipes, from a long black to a cappuccino using freshly ground beans.
So far, our De’Longhi coffee van has visited 21 parkrun events across the UK, with many locations still to visit, so join us as we bring great tasting coffee into the lives of parkrunners all across the country!
