25ml Amaretto
25ml Spiced Rum
5ml Sugar Syrup (to taste)
Splash of Bitters (to taste)
Glass: Rocks
Ice: Single large cube
Garnish: A slice of orange

Method
Add a single large cube of ice to the glass
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake, then pour over the ice cube.
Garnish with a slice of orange, and enjoy!
