Ensure the silicone tube is correctly in place on the bottom of the carafe lid. Ensure the lid is flush with the metal jug on both sides.

You may need to thoroughly clean the milk carafe. This can easily be done by soaking all the parts in the De'Longhi Multi Clean solution.
