  • Coffee beans – 100% Arabica
  • 200ml – cold semi-skimmed milk
  • 20ml – rose syrup
  • 20ml – chocolate syrup
  • whipped cream – to taste
  • pink rock salt – to sprinkle
  • edible rose petals – to garnish


Step 1
First, pour the chocolate syrup into a glass.

Step 2
Then, add rose syrup and create a layer.

Step 3
Place the glass under the spout and prepare an ‘Espresso’.

Gently stir and mix well.
