Iced Raspberry Tonic Espresso


Add a fruity twist to your Espresso with this vibrant recipe where the bold coffee aroma is elevated with tonic water and raspberries, crafting the perfect companion for a refreshing break.


  • Coffee beans – 100% Arabica
  • 300ml – tonic water
  • raspberries
  • mint – to garnish


Step 1
First, place the raspberries in an ice cube mold, add water, and freeze.

Step 2
Then, once the raspberry ice cubes are ready, fill a glass with them.

Step 3
Pour tonic water into the glass.

Step 4
Place the glass under the spout and prepare an ‘Espresso’.

Step 5
Finally, garnish with mint.
