개인정보 보호정책

드롱기 De’Longhi S.p.A (이하 ‘드롱기’).는 취득한 제3자의 개인 정보를 매우 중요하게 보호합니다. 이 문건은 2004년 6월 30일자 법령 196호 (개인정보 보호에 관한 법률, 이하 ‘법령’)에 따라 제3자로부터 취득한 개인 정보를 보호함에 있어 드롱기가 취하게 되는 세부 사항을 규정합니다. 

A) 개인정보 처리의 목적

1. 개인 정보는 통상적인 사업 활동과 적정한 정보 처리 요구를 수행하는 동안에만 드롱기에 의해서 사용됩니다. 

2. 개인 정보는 관련 프로모션, 사업 정보 활동, 경제적/통계적 분석, 프리미엄 프로그램 및 고객 만족 설문 조사 등을 목적으로 사용될 수 있습니다. 나아가 개인 정보는 리플렛, 우편, 이메일, 문자메시지 기타 방법을 통한 구매의 경우 소비자 보상 또는 판매 촉진을 위한 소비자 마케팅 활동 또는 상업 정보를 목적으로 사용될 수 있습니다. 

B) 정보의 처리 장소

1. 본 웹사이트 www.delonghi.com 또는 드롱기 앞 메일, 팩스, 이메일 등을 통해 수집된 개인 정보는 드롱기에 의해 지정된 직원에 의해 등록된 특정 사업 장소에서 수행됩니다. 

C) 개인정보 처리 방법 등

1. 상기 목적에 따라 제출된 개인 정보는 ‘법령’ 196호 부칙 B에서 규정한 ‘최소 보안 규정’에 따라 수작업 또는 전자적 수단에 의해 처리 저장됩니다.  

2. 드롱기는 필요한 경우, 정보의 요구사항을 처리하기 위한 목적으로 드롱기 그룹 소속 회사에 개인 정보를 공개할 권리를 갖습니다.  

3. 상기 2항 또는 관련 규칙/법률에 의한 경우를 제외하고는 개인 정보는 제3자에게 열람되거나 공개되지 않습니다. 

D) 내비게이션 정보

1. 통상적으로 인터넷 내비게이션 동안, IP 주소, 도메인 또는 컴퓨터 시스템 등과 같은 개인 정보가 의도치 않게 수집될 수도 있습니다. 드롱기는 이렇게 수집된 정보를 당사 웹사이트의 트래픽 정보를 취득하기 위한 목적 등으로 사용하지 않을 것입니다. 

E) 쿠키

1. 당 웹사이트는 개인 정보를 의도적으로 취득하지 않습니다. 쿠키는 개인 정보를 전송하는데 사용되지 않으며, 어떠한 사용자 트래킹 시스템도 운용되지 않습니다. 

사용자의 컴퓨터에 지속적으로 저장되지 않으며, 브라우저를 닫으면 소멸되는 세션 쿠키 session cookies는 안전하고 효율적인 웹사이트 내비게이션을 위하여 (서버에서 생성된 랜덤 숫자) 세션 ID 번호를 전송하는 데만 제한적으로 사용됩니다. 

이 웹사이트에서 사용된 세션 쿠키는 잠재적 해악이 있을 수 있는 다른 컴퓨터 기술에 의존하지 않도록 합니다. 세션 쿠키는 또한 사용자 ID 정보를 취득하지 못하도록 합니다. 

F) 기타 웹사이트 링크

1. 본 개인보호 정책은 웹사이트 www.delonghi.com 만을 위하여 개발되었으며, 본 웹사이트로 링크되는 다른 웹사이트에는 적용되지 않습니다. 드롱기는 본 웹사이트로 링크된 다른 웹사이트 또는 제3자에 의해 취득된 개인정보의 보호에는 책임지지 않습니다. 

G) 자료 제출

1. 상기 기술된 바와 같이 내비게이션 정보를 제외하고, 자료의 제출은 드롱기의 자체 판단에 의하며, 자료 제출의 거부는 이유 여하를 막론하고 드롱기에 어떠한 결과에도 영향을 미치지 않는다. 

H) 자료의 통제자

1. 자료의 통제자는 Via Seitz, 47 – 311000 Treviso, Italy 에 등록 주소를 둔 드롱기로 한다. 

2. 내부 자료 책임자는 다음 업무 영역에 각각 지정된다.: 행정, 생산, 커뮤니케이션, 물류, 인사, 구매, 애프터 세일즈 서비스, 마케팅 및 판매, 법무, 경리, 연구개발. 

I) 개인자료에 대한 권리

1. 법령 196/03 7항(아래 참조)에 근거하여 드롱기는 언제라도 1) 개인 정보의 실재 여부 확인, 2) 콘텐트와 정보의 출처, 3) 정확성 증명, 4) 자료의 업데이트, 통합, 개정, 삭제 가능 여부 등에 대해 권리를 갖는다.

 

Section 7 

(Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights)

 

1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

 

2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed:

 

a) of the source of the personal data; 

b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; 

c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; 

d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2); 

e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing. 

 

3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain:

 

a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; 

b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; 

c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected. 

 

4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:

 

a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; 

b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
