Choco Ginger Mocha


Taste this aromatic drink that offers a creative variation on a traditional mocha by combining chocolate, Espresso and the spiciness of ginger.


  • Coffee beans – 100% Arabica
  • 100ml – cold semi-skimmed milk
  • 30ml – chocolate sauce
  • whipped cream
  • fresh ginger – 1 slice
  • lemon zest – 1 twist
  • graded ginger – a sprinkle


Step 1
First, for the chocolate sauce into a glass.

Step 2
Then, add the graded ginger.

Step 3
Place the glass under the spout and prepare a ‘Cappuccino Mix’.

Step 4
Top with whipped cream.
