Visit our Money Back Claim Portal to start your claim. You’ll need to fill in the claim form and share details like proof of purchase and your reason for return. Once we’ve validated your claim, we’ll ask you to return your coffee machine to us. All care should be taken to ensure the returned product is adequately packaged and protected in transit to avoid loss or damage. Once we’ve received your coffee machine, we’ll carry out a quality check, confirm your refund and process the refund via BACS. You’ll be able to track the status of your claim on our Money Back Claim Portal.
