What is the Over Ice function on my Dinamica?

Over Ice is a proprietary recipe, developed in collaboration with baristas, to ensure a full-bodied, smooth ice coffee. This recipe brews at a slightly lower temperature, for optimal coffee extraction with an higher dosage of coffee grounds to offset any dilution that occurs from the ice. Fill your cup with ice, brew the espresso using the Over Ice button and finish it with adding more ice.
