Where did you purchase your product?

  • ✓Purchased Online at Delonghi.com: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in good condition. No refunds can be provided after the 30-day window, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • ✓Purchased at a Retail Location: Please return your product directly to the original retailer following their specific return policy. The retailer will handle your refund based on their terms and conditions.

How to Return an Online Purchase: Follow these 6 steps to ensure your return is processed smoothly:

  • Step 1: Complete the Returns Form
    Click here to fill out our online Returns Form.
  • Step 2: Get Instructions
    Once your form is submitted, check your email. We will send you our warehouse address and step-by-step instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack the Machine
    Pack your item securely in any safe box with plenty of packing material. Be sure to include
  • Step 4: Label Your Box
    Clearly write your order number on the outside of the shipping package near the shipping label to ensure faster identification at our warehouse.
  • Step 5: Ship Your Return
    Ship the package using an insured and traceable carrier method (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to the warehouse address provided in your confirmation email.
  • Step 6: Receive Your Refund
    Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected and processed within 14 business days. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your original payment statement.

Your Refund

  • Refund Method: You will be credited back to your original form of payment.
  • Timeline: Refunds are issued within 14 business days of our warehouse receiving your package.
  • Statement Credits: Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Some banks may take longer to process this credit.

Order Cancellations & Refusals

  • Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed online, it cannot be cancelled or stopped. If you wish to cancel, please accept the shipment when it arrives and follow the online returns process outlined above.
