Where We Ship

• United States Only: We ship to all 50 states. We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.
• Shipping to a Different Address: You can ship an order directly to a family member or friend. During checkout, enter their information under Shipping Address and enter your own information under Billing Address.
• Sales Tax: Taxes are calculated according to state regulations and are automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions & State Exceptions

• Puerto Rico: Delivery to Puerto Rico is completely unavailable currently.
• Minnesota Residents: Minnesota Statute §116.943 prohibits the sale of specific items to Minnesota. Click here to review the full list of restricted items.

Processing Timelines & Tracking

• Order Processing Window: 2-4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed the following Monday.
• Step 1 (Order Confirmation): You will immediately receive an order confirmation email containing your personal order number with order details.
• Step 2 (Shipping Confirmation): Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your online tracking link.

Ordering & Secure Payments

• Payment & Pre-Authorization: Upon receiving your order, we run a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds. Products will not be dispatched until this check is complete. Your card is formally debited once your order is fully accepted.
• 60-Minute Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within a maximum of 60 minutes from submission.
  • Registered Users: Log in to your "My Account" area and press the [Cancel] button.
  • Guest Users: Click the special cancellation link located inside your order confirmation email.
  • After 60 Minutes: The fulfillment process cannot be stopped. You must wait to receive the package and follow the standard Returns Process.

Delivery Options & Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on your total Order Value and the Shipment Type selected at checkout. Each address you ship to is considered a separate order and is subject to separate shipping charges.

Note for Alaska & Hawaii Orders: Portable Air Conditioner orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must ship via Second Day or Next Day Shipping due to strict Air Restricted packaging regulations.

Damaged Merchandise & Shipping Errors

If we process an order incorrectly, or send you an incorrect or damaged item, we will replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.

Additional Product Protection: Your product may also offer an additional manufacturer warranty. Please check the physical documents inside your product package for more details.
