FAQs

Ask us a question.

TrueBrew: The Coffee puck is watery and non well compacted, is this normal?

Yes, this is normal. Your Truebrew Drip Coffee Maker grinds the coffee beans and brews your coffee with the correct amount of water each time. Once the brewing cycle is finished it creates a puck shape and dispenses it in the ground container. Sometimes, water may mix with the coffee grounds delivering a less firm puck into the container.

We recommend cleaning each container every time the unit alerts you.
