If The machine does not allow you to make your milk drink of choice with your Magnifica Evo please try the following :

- Make sure the milk is not less than the Min level;
- The milk or alternative milk you are using is too clear and the optical sensor of the machine is not able to detect it;
- The milk carafe is not inserted properly. If you hear the acoustic signal and the milk container clean light switches on, it means it is inserted correctly. If you don’t hear anything it means it is not inserted correctly.
Please check that the milk jug detection pin on the connector is in optimal conditions otherwise the machine may not recognize the presence of the carafe. If it is not in perfect conditions please reach out to the customer service.
