Why is my coffee so light when I am using the pre-ground setting on my TrueBrew?
If you want to prepare your coffee using the pre-ground coffee function, please follow these steps:
- Select the measuring scoop icon by pressing the “type” button.
- Press "Brew", and add the pre-ground coffee into the funnel while the icon light is flashing.
- Press "Brew" again to start the coffee preparation.
