Rivelia: Milk carafe doesn’t froth the milk properly

Make sure you clean the carafe regularly following the steps described both on the machine display - inside the "Milk carafe cleaning" menu - and in the user manual. For LatteCrema Hot you can obtain best results with semi-skimmed milk or with other plant-based drinks, such as Soy, Oat and Almond.
