Why can I not find my registered items under the "Your registered products" section in my online account?

The functionality of the "Your registered products" on your account is currently not available. The items you previously registered are not found in this section. 

When you register a product,  you will receive an email confirmation that the item is registered. Please retain that email as registration validation for future reference.
