What to do in case of error code L001?

The error L001 regards the login page. In particular, the error represents an invalid token from SAP Gigya Login.

The user is therefore asked to:

  • Close totally  De’Longhi Comfort APP (even from background apps)
  • Restart the APP
  • Repeat the login phase and re-insert his/her credentials.

If the error still persists, please contact De’Longhi cloud manager.
