Check the temperture control settings. External environment may require a lower temperature setting. Has the door been opened too often? Check the door is closed completely. Check the door gasket seals properly.

The cabinet seems to make too much noise.

Accepted Answer

A rattling noise may come from the flow of refrigerant, which is normal. As each cycle ends, you may hear gurgling sounds caused by the flow refrigerant which is normal. Normal contraction and expansion popping and crackling noises. - Check the cabinet is level.

The beverage cabinet’s door not close properly.

Accepted Answer

Check the cabinet is level. If the door was reversed, check that it is properly installed. Check the shelves are in the correct position.

The beverage cabinet turns on and off frequently.

Accepted Answer

Can be caused if the room temperature is hotter than normal. Can be caused if a large amount of contents has been added. Has the door been open too often? Check the door gasket seals properly. Check the temperature control is set correctly.

The beverage cabinet light does not work.

Check the light button is on. ( for early models hold the up & down buttons untill you hear a beep and then press the light button). Make sure the cabinet is plugged in.

I am unable to adjust the bevrage cabinets temperature. What can I do?

Unit may be in Lock Mode. This will activate 12 seconds after the last time a button is pushed on the control panel. To unlock the control panel press and hold the +/- buttons together for 2 seconds. Adjusting the temperature is now possible.

The unit should be installed in a well ventilated area with the temperatures above 16c and below 32c.

For best performance for cabinets they should be located in a dry area away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Recommended temperature is 23c to 26c.

What happens in the case of a power cut ?

Once the power has been restored the cabinet will default to the factory preset temperatures.

Red wine: the temperature range is from 15c to 18c White wine: the temperature range is from 9c to 14c. Sparkling wine: the temperature range is from 5c to 8c.

Going on vacation: how to leave your beverage cabinet?

If less than 3 weeks it is recommended to leave operating. If more than 3 weekss, remove all items and turn off the appliance. Clean and dry the interior and leave the door slightly open.
