I cannot insert the bean hopper into my Rivelia

Make sure there are no coffee beans or flakes outside the grinding area and try to insert the bean hopper with the UNLOCK icon, aligned with the white dash in front of the machine. If the area is not clean, use the brush to remove any coffee residue around the grinder. You can find it in the compartment on the top of the machine.
