Before cleaning, always remove the plug from the electrical socket.
Depending on the model you have, the cleaning needs to be done in different ways.
Traditional deep fryers: empty the oil or fat outside the appliance, the lid (if it’s removable) and the removable bowl (removing the filter first) can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
Traditional deep fryers with Easy clean system : allow to remove the oil with a drain hose. For these models, except for the control unit, power cable and heating element, all the other parts can be cleaned with warm water and dishwashing detergent and are dishwasher-safe.
Cool Zone fryers: use warm water and dishwashing detergent, the basket, the bowl and the cover. The control unit, power cable and heating element may be cleaned using a damp cloth. To clean the boiler pan use a soft cloth with a neutral detergent. Never use objects or abrasive detergents.
