Every time I use my ice cream maker with compressor, I notice that there is ice on the bottom of the bowl. Why is this?

The ice cream maker has a cooling function, if you keep your appliance in this mode more than a minute, some ice can form on the bottom . It is important to be careful when using the COOL function, in that any formation of ice can cause the product to malfunction and or fail as it can stop the rotation of the blade.
