The H2O message appears on the display when: - There is no water in the boiler. In this case fill the boiler and the indicator will disappear. - The mocha is not correctly assembled on the the base: ensure that the boiler is properly positioned on the base. - The operation has been restarted when the boiler is still too hot. Allow the machine to cool completely and then restart.

Can the Alicia Moka reheat my coffee?

Accepted Answer

The Alicia Moka cannot reheat cold coffee. However fresh coffee can be kept warm for about 30 minutes if it is kept on the base. The keep warm timer will stop automatically. If it is not needed this feature can be turned off by pressing the ON / OFF switch.

Can the Alicia Moka Plus can be used with pods for the preparation of other beverages such as chocolate or tea infusions?

Accepted Answer

The new Moka Alicia Plus is equipped with a special function. With the introduction of an innovative residue filter which removes filtered impurities. This product cannot be used for pods, infusions or chocolate.
