Can I use alternatives to cows milk with Latte Crema system?

The LatteCrema System performs best with cows milk but the following plant based drinks can also be used: soy, rice and almond. Results will differ according to the percentage of proteins in each drink. No other type of milk or product of plant origin should be used.

NOTE: The cleaning methods provided by the manufacturer and described in the instructions does not guarantee the complete removal of allergens. In the case of confirmed or suspected allergies, do not use milk and products of plant based origin in the same machine.
