How frequently should I descale my TrueBrew coffee maker?

Descaling requirements depends on how much water has passed through your machine, and the water hardness level that you selected. Longer recipes, or a higher water hardness setting, will require more frequent descaling. It is recommended you test the water you are using with the water hardness test strip provided, and set the machine accordingly. See user manual for reference
