How can I change the temperature setting from Fahrenheit to Celcius on my De Longhi multicooker?

To change the temperature settings from Fahrenheit to Celcius please follow these steps:
Set unit to either the OVEN/BAKE or BROWN/SAUTE function. Hold theTemp/Set button for 5 seconds , the visualization will change from °F to °C.
After the visualization has been changed a confirmation sound will signal the change has been made.
