Why is my moka brewing so slow?

Could be one of the follow: the ground coffee is too tightly pressed. The coffee funnel may not have been cleaned properly. Please check the area for any residue.

Can the Alicia Moka reheat my coffee?

Accepted Answer

The Alicia Moka cannot reheat cold coffee. However fresh coffee can be kept warm for about 30 minutes if it is kept on the base. The keep warm timer will stop automatically. If it is not needed this feature can be turned off by pressing the ON / OFF switch.

How much water should I add to the descale solution?

Generally speaking you fill the tank to the fill line once the descaler solution has been added, but please check your machine instructions.
