Dedica Maestro Plus has a 15 bar Italian pump that delivers perfect pressure, which is essential during the brewing process, from low pressure during pre-infusion, to the optimal 9 bar of high pressure during extraction.

AUTOMATIC STEAM WAND

Effortlessly achieve the perfect microtextured foam for quality lattes and cappuccinos - with milk or your favorite milk alternatives. With 3 different temperatures and 3 milk foam textures (latte art, fine, and dense), Auto LatteArt helps you get the perfect frothed milk for crafting drinks and creating latte art.

Advanced Thermoblock technology reaches the optimum brewing temperature in seconds after powering on, allowing you to brew your perfect drink quickly.

ACTIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL

With 3 infusion temperature settings, Active Temperature Control technology ensures stable water temperature and control throughout the whole brewing process at the touch of a button. Customize temperature settings to match water infusion temperature to beans for the optimal attraction. Different coffee bean varieties with different roasting levels require their own specific temperature setting for the best extraction.

This machine includes a professional tamper, stainless steel portafilter, stainless steel milk jug, and both single and double wall filter baskets for single and double shots. With the single and double wall filter baskets, get the most from your beans. The single wall basket allows you to brew like a pro, giving you greater control, and leaving you with a more complex, richer espresso, while the double wall basket is more forgiving, better suited for beginners and store-bought pre-ground coffee beans.
