  • De’Longhi reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim not by these Terms and Conditions. Only one claim is permitted per purchase.
  • Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  • Offer cannot be used with any other offer, promotion or discount, 
  • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, De’Longhi excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotional offer, including any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by De’Longhi) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of De’Longhi.
  • De’Longhi reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer without prior notice.
  • Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, De’Longhi excludes all liability (including for negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotional offer, including any claim or offer that is claimed outside of the specified period, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by De’Longhi) due to any reason.
  • De’Longhi may collect and use your personal information to provide you updates on our latest products and services, to analyse and research customer choices on products, to provide products and services you have requested (e.g. extended warranty, the De’Longhi guarantee) and for other purposes relating or incidental to warranty (e.g. warranty registration, product recalls) (“the Purposes”). To do so, De’Longhi may disclose your personal information to its related bodies, business partners or third parties for purposes such as web or data hosting. Some of the recipients are located overseas, including the United States of America, Amsterdam and the United Kingdom. If De’Longhi does not collect your personal information, then it may not be able to fulfil the Purposes.
