Why is my dehumidifier not pumping out the water through the tube when in pump mode?

If the Pump icon is flashing on the display, follow the following steps:

1) check that the hose is not clogged or kinked.
2) check that the height to pump it out is within 16 feet.
3) Check that the hose is connected at the proper outlet on the unit
4) Try to disconnect and reconnect again
5) Power unit off, unplug the unit for 5 seconds, then plug back in to reset it.
6) tune unit back on and activate pump feature
7) If icon still flashes contact the Customer Experience Department for assistance.
