What to do in case of error code G007?

This error indicates that the current email address is already registered for another user account. It is suggested to:

  • Try to log into the APP with the current email address.
  • Try to register to the APP with a different email address.

If the problem persists, contact the De’Longhi Customer Care by providing the email address used for the registration.
