What to do in case of error code G001?

This error indicates that a user with the same credentials has already been registered and his/her registration is pending. It is suggested to:

  • Check the inbox of the email address and look for the activation message. In case, double check it also in the junk or spam folders.
  • In case the activation has not been validated, proceed with the registration completion from the link contained in the validation email.

If the problem persists, contact the De’Longhi Customer Care by providing the email address used for the registration.
