Ingredients:
- Caffé Latte glass
- Hot (55-60°C) milk, medium frothed
- 1 Shot of Espresso or Ristretto
- Sugar to taste
The word Macchiato means marked or stained milk in Italian, and similar in makeup to the caffé latte, the latte macchiato is hot steamed milk “stained” with a small amount of coffee, or a Ristretto.
